Tabard Rep from Love Dungeon

Just tested, Que for the level 85 Love is in the air dungeon, F
inish it, and Carry on through shadow fang keep, You get 5 rep per Kill and 60 per boss
They're level 18's Tested with Faction Tabards, once completed reque, kill boss, and gogo oneshot for rep :O

Might be intended because low level chars can obtain them.

This is working as intended. If you go farm SFK with a faction tabard you get the same result. The only exploit might be if you can bypass the 5 dungeons per hour limit.

You Always get rep regardless of lvl in low lvl dungeons.

But 85's can't normally que for SFK. So it is.

But 85's CAN normally queue up for SFK during this event... and low level dungeons DO always grant rep while wearing the appropriate faction fabbard...

So, using the Love Is In The Air event to queue for SFK, specifically with the intention of finishing the rest of the dungeon for faction rep, is clever use of game mechanics... not an exploit.

I believe that the problem you are having is you are using the wrong kind of tabbard. This is for tabbards for major cities and such, tabbards that don't require lvl80+ dungeons.

You get more from runnin randoms, Why not just do that?
This would take way longer imo.
