I tryed it at 11am again and it didnt worked
I tryed it now at 3pm and its again working, dont know why but i am happy, make now about 300k wiht that

Still working, for those curious. Killed the first group and got 4 charms, so if it was fixed, they did a pretty poor job of it. Farming them now

Little tip for mages; When fighting the bigger elementals along the hall, they cast 'Swell'. If you spellsteal it right as they cast it, you'll get a pulsing AoE buff with a large radius, instantly wiping out any of the smaller elementals. If you're Arcane, you can steal the AoE and use invisibility to break combat, keeping the elemental alive to spellsteal from. Just watch out when near the end of the hall, you might hit the two at the door.
