hello guys i am going to try and write my twink guide . Im open to CONSTRUCTIVE critism i am writing this all by myself hehe so search internet all you want. To start with i am only going to do mainly rougues and maybe hunters as these 2 classes i know about most (im a 19 rogue my mates a 19 hunter hes better than me has he has a lvl 70 to fund his schmes while i only have a lvl 40 :P)
Althought MY gear isnt the best i know good gear for it.

Ok to start off with id just like to state the obvois YOU WILL NEED ATLEAST BUT PROBALY MORE THAN 500g to make a semi decent twink. To make money i advise either farming rock elementals, mining or just good old playing the AH. Prices are average for my Thunderhorn EU server.

ROGUE

Head slot :- Lucky fishing hat (best) Thottbot World of Warcraft: Lucky Fishing Hat <--- From fishing contest on sundays in BB 150 fishing highly recomended with lures
Cost: a heck of a lot of time
or
green tinted goggles Thottbot World of Warcraft: Green Tinted Goggles <--- engineering if i was you id start with these then go for fishing hat
cost: around 2-3g
Enchant: Use libram for either :- +100hp or +8 agility depending on your current agility or hp i personally suggest hp
Cost: about 90g if someone random or get a freind to help you for cheaper :P

Neck slot- WSG necklace <---- 20 tokens and around 50 honor i think no more to add :P

Shoulders: Talbar mantar Thottbot World of Warcraft: Talbar Mantle <--- Start the required quest at a LOW lvl as it gives quite alot of exp
Cost : a WC boost or two and some time
Or
White leather shoulders for your lvl
Cost: uhh 1g tops :P
If you like try to exploit the shoulder enchant theres a way now which requires ah i think but i personally cba

Cape : Sentry cloak(best) Thottbot World of Warcraft: Sentry Cloak <---- Random drop from stockades and other random mobs
Cost : Varies via server on mine 130-200g but its a rip off
Or
Glowing Lizardscale cloak Thottbot World of Warcraft: Glowing Lizardscale Cloak <---- WC drop by Skum
Cost : a Wc boost :P
Enchant: Either +12 dodge rating (recomended) or +3 agility
Cost : Unkown for dodge rating +3 agility is v cheap.

Chest: This will vary on wether you want a stam or agility build i personally have both but still-
Tunic of westfall(agility build) Thottbot World of Warcraft: Tunic of Westfall <---- Small quest chain reward
Cost: a Dm boost
Or
Blackened defias armor(Stam build) Thottbot World of Warcraft: Blackened Defias Armor <--- DM drop by edwin van cleef.
Cost: a Dm boost
Enchants: +100hp simple as :P

Bracers: Forest leather bracers Thottbot World of Warcraft: Forest Leather Bracers <--- readily avalible on AH for semi cheap
Cost: 3-5g
Enchants: +9 stam (recomended) or +7 stam

Gloves: Scouting gloves of the monkey Thottbot World of Warcraft: Scouting Gloves of the Monkey <--- i suggest AH
Cost: 5-10g
Or
Red whelp gloves Thottbot World of Warcraft: Red Whelp Gloves <---- AH again or get a LW to make you one.
Cost: 8-15g
Enchants: +15 agil (woot :P) or +7 agil (+9 is a RIP OFF ! :P)

Boots:
Nat pagle's extreme anglin boots9(best!) Thottbot World of Warcraft: Nat Pagle's Extreme Anglin' Boots <--- fishing contest again
Cost: a ton of time
Or
Feet of the lynx (good) http://www.thottbot.com/i1121<----- AH or drops from random 18-26 mobs
cost: around 150g
Or
Forest leather boots(ok i guess) Thottbot World of Warcraft: Forest Leather Boots <--- AH
Cost: a couple of G

Enchants: for fishing boots Boars speed for forest leather either +7/+9 stam or minor speed increase.

Pants:
Dark leather pants Thottbot World of Warcraft: Dark Leather Pants <-- LW or AH
Cost- a couple of G
Or
Bluegill breeches Thottbot World of Warcraft: Bluegill Breeches <---- AH
Cost- A couple of G
NOT LEGGINGS OF THE FANG YOU CANNOT GET LEG ARMOR ON THESE!
Enchants: Either Clefthide (poor people like me) Nethercleft (recomended) or Cobrastrike ( wouldnt advise tbh)

Rings:
Seal of sylvanis Thottbot World of Warcraft: Seal of Sylvanas <----- small quest chain Horde only
Or
Seal of Wyrnn Thottbot World of Warcraft: Seal of Wrynn <--- small quest chain Ally only
Cost: a instance boost or 2

Minor recumbulator(gah ok i spose) Thottbot World of Warcraft: Minor Recombobulator <-- engineering
Cost : a couple of G
Or
WoW TCG point redeem firework display trinket or ogre trinket (YAAAAAY!) <--- wow TCG
Cost: lots of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ on WoW TCG

Belt: deviate scale belt Thottbot World of Warcraft: Deviate Scale Belt <-- LW made or AH
Cost: 20-30g

Thrown weapons: Throat piercers Thottbot World of Warcraft: Throat Piercers (best) <--- buy horde side and send over for ally via AH and a freind
Cost: pitance
Or
Thick bronze darts Thottbot World of Warcraft: Thick Bronze Darts <--- AH again or BS
cost: pitance
I also suggest venomstrike or outrunners bow for when a nab's running from you :P

Enchants: Depends on your style either 2x Lifestealing(i dislike), 2x agility (i <3 this) or Lifestealing mainhand +15 agility oh.
cost: looking around 100-120g a enchant

A few Pvp tips:
For rich snobs get assasins blade and shadowfang for mainhand have the assas blade equiped with shadowfang in toolbar go into stealth ambush then hit shadowfang then do some insane damage.
Always move around its no good being a open target to everyone
Do not target runners they waste time.... alot of it
Watch out for hunters 2 non twink hunters could easily bring a twinked rougue down if they work together! You cant dodge arrows!
I suggest being a gnome for 2 reason:
a) they look sicko
b) escape artist (So OP at 19)
Get potions and items to buff up like rumsey black label (will get link 2night school now )


I think thats it guys tell me if i missed a section and no this is not leeched and yes a wall of text crits you for 9999999999999999999999999 and you die permanently :P

EDIT:Added feet of the lynx split weapons into MH and OH and about to go and add some pretty colour
