Ok, I used to do this all the time but since the price of rugged leather has gone up to about 10g per 20... i have put it on hold for a while.

Anyway, the item wicked leather headband (http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.ht...US;source=live) requires 12 rugged leather, 1 black dye, and 1 rune thread to craft with leatherworking.

My main is a lw and my alt is a enchanter, so I buy about 180 rugged leather craft 15 of these lil beuties and then send them off to my alt who disenchants them all.

They usually disenchant into illusion dust (on average 2 of them, sells for about 2.5g per dust) and occasionally greater eternal essences (usually one but can get two from one headband, sells for about 10g) and on the rare occasion disenchant into a large brilliant shard (sells for about 13g on my server).

So if 20 rugged leather is 2g (that is what it was before), then that is about 2g to make a headband (you only need 12 rugged leather but black dye and rune thread are 60s) and even if you only get 1 illusion dust that is worth 2.5g so you make 50s profit!!!

Also, great guide. this thing disenchants into everything else I need for my hunter twinks 25 agility!
