Northrend Fish Botting Spots

Hello all, I'm back again, looked around and I have seen the thread ( http://www.mmowned.com/forums/wow-gu...ing-spots.html ) of all the posts of spots, so I thought I would post up the ones that I thought would be useful. I can't promise you if you play on a PVP server that you won't get ganked in these places though. If you have seen my Outlands guide this will be very similar, but here is the guide!

Things you will need:
Fishing skill of 450
Fishing Pole with +25 or greater fishing
Fishing lures (Bright baubles or Aquadynamic Fish Attractors)
Bot that can fish and re-lure your pole
Flying mount (not for all places)
Lootfilter Addon (can be found here - Loot Filter - Addons - Curse )


First off, lets get our Lootfilter set up. When in game type /lf and the window should pop up. After this go to the Name tab.

Put these in the Items you want to DELETE box:

Barrelhead Goby
Rockfin Grouper
Borean Man O' War

(This is dependent on server prices, on mine a stack usually goes for <5g so unless you plan on making the food with them, I'd just auto delete them to save space)

Bonescale Snapper
Pygmy Suckerfish

Put this in the Items you want to KEEP box:

Glacial Salmon
Dragonfin Angelfish
Nettlefish
Imperial Manta Ray
Fangtooth Herring
Musselback Sculpin
Darkwater Clam
Reinforced Crate

As well as go to the Quality tab and select the far right radio button to delete gray items that take up bag space.


Now that that's done, lets look at what fish were are going for:

Glacial Salmon
Dragonfin Angelfish
Nettlefish
Imperial Manta Ray
Fangtooth Herring
Musselback Sculpin

Why we are fishing these, this is what they turn into once cooked:

Glacial Salmon - Firecracker Salmon ( Firecracker Salmon - Item - World of Warcraft ), Fish Feast ( Fish Feast - Item - World of Warcraft )
Dragonfin Angelfish - Blackened Dragonfin ( Blackened Dragonfin - Item - World of Warcraft ), Dragonfin Filet ( Dragonfin Filet - Item - World of Warcraft )
Nettlefish - Spicy Blue Nettlefish ( Spicy Blue Nettlefish - Item - World of Warcraft ), Fish Feast ( Fish Feast - Item - World of Warcraft )
Imperial Manta Ray - Imperial Manta Steak ( Imperial Manta Steak - Item - World of Warcraft )
Fangtooth Herring - Spicy Fried Herring ( Spicy Fried Herring - Item - World of Warcraft )
Musselback Sculpin - Poached Northern Sculpin ( Poached Northern Sculpin - Item - World of Warcraft ), Fish Feast ( Fish Feast - Item - World of Warcraft )

Now we get to the good part, where are we going to get these fish:

Glacial Salmon - Grizzly Hills
Fangtooth Herring - Grizzly Hills
Dragonfin Angelfish - Dragonblight
Nettlefish - Sholazar Basin
Imperial Manta Ray - Borean Tundra
Musselback Sculpin - Borean Tundra

Base Fishing Skill Required for each Zone:

475 - Borean Tundra, Dragonblight, Grizzly Hills
525 - Sholazar Basin

Now this is where my secret fish botting spots are:

Borean Tundra

Impereal Manta Ray - Coords - ( 42,6 )





Musselback Sculpin - Coords - ( 51,45 )





Sholazar Basin

Nettlefish - Coords - ( 31,25 )





Dragonblight

Dragonfin Angelfish - Coords - ( 13,47 )






Grizzly Hills

Glacial Salmon and Fangtooth Herring - Coords - ( 24,82 )

I suppose, but I've never had a good time there, usually get ganked. I Like these places because most of them are somewhat out of the way.

cool guide, only problem im having with lootfilter tho is when i add something into the delete column it doesnt actually delete it :yuck:

Hmmm that's odd, i've never had that problem, maybe you could check the curse site to see if anyone else has that problem.

I had this problem, just readd it after a loot and delete them your self from the bag, after that lootfilter will delete it.
