you have to beat opera before you can get there, so you have to kill attune, moroes, the opera (you can skip maiden), I don't remember which direction it is, but how many ways could there be.

Umm back door much? level should be enough to not aggro if you are smart about the walking, and a inviz pot helps, repop time is standard, but gold drops are quite high (10-15g from philanthropist if I remember correctly, been a while).

Yes his post about english being the hardest to learn is incorrect in different ways, but depending on where you are from and etc, any language can be the hardest.

You cant reach the mobs without completing the opera event. The back door does not unlock until after that. Don't bother wasting your time with this.

These are the old "Money kills" that many groups would skip in order to save time when progressing through Kara. Like others have said, you need to beat the Opera event in order to access these mobs.
Unfortunately, the backdoor trick does not work anymore, or hasn't worked since the last time I tried it, so you wont have access through there.
