Edit: He havent updated it for long, my server are already at Alchemy/Harbour. And whats the thing with Monument? Monument of what? I wanna know!

I think the monument is the Latest Part of the last phase....You need to handover the 2000g for the title (not sure tho) and they will use it to make a monument or some kind where are the BadgeVendor

There is no Known amount of gold that will be needed to donate that will complete the statue. But for those who are NOT exalted with SSO, they will be able ot donate 10g at a time to go towards the momuments. And for those who are exalted, they can donate 1000g and also receive a title "Of the Shattered Sun".

These donation quests become available once the harbor is taken and phase 4 is started.

Its a daily quest, and rewards 150 rep per turn in. So if you got some gold to donate and aren't exalted yet, its an easy 150 rep! Easily paid for by a previous daily if you think about it.
