Well I searched for it and could only find it in the giant pack with all the others.
It says it's outdated but just get WoW to load outdated add-ons. Was fine before patch came out.

Unpack the RAR
Open the new folder
Open the folder inside that
Copy+Paste everything inside that to your \World Of Warcraft\Interface\Addons folder.

And when you log on should be there waiting for ya.

i must be stupid but i cant get it to work i opened the folder and copy pasted it into my interface addons. could i get some help here

Make sure you have load out of date addons selected.
If it doesn't work with the files just copy+pasted copy the folder they're contained in into your interface\addons

So the location should be. "World of Warcraft\Interface\Addons\AelwynGuide"
