19 Dodge twink guide + buff list and enchants

Okay some time ago when i was making my own twink i wrote this down while i was doing it, In this guide ill show you what gear, enchants and Buffs you gonna get for being the ultimate dodge twink. What happened to my twink you ask? well i think it got hacked or something (Twinkcritter - Wildhammer)
Ps. its for rogues

Enchant

head ench: 8 agility
shoulder ench: dodge rating (BoE only)
Back ench: 12 dodge rating
Chest ench: 4 all stats
wrist ench: 9 stamina
GLoves ench: 15 agility
Leggings ench: 40 sta 12 agi
feet ench: 12 agi (35+Items only). 7 agi (any item level)
Main hand ench: 15 agility
Off hand ench: 15 agility

Gear

Head: Lucky Fishing Hat.
Ncklace: Scout's Medallion (if alli Sentinel's Medallion)
Shoulders: Serpent's shoulders
Cloak: Glowing Lizardscale Cloak Done
Chest: Blackened defias armor (if alli Tunic of Westfall)
Shirt: Dosn't matter
Tabard: dosn't matter
Wrist: Forest Leather Bracers
Gloves: Gloves of the Fang
Waist: Deviate Scale Belt
Legs: Dark leather pants
Feet: Nat pagle's extreme boots
Ring: Meadow Ring of Eluding

I like it, but I got one question, isn't the arena trinket for lvl 35, not 19?

Ye but when you get 12 of em you can turn em in for a arena grand master there has no level require

u forgot one thing. the most ultimate buff of all. Oil of Immolation!!!Use: Does 50 fire damage to any enemies within a 5 yard radius around the caster every 3 seconds for 15 sec.
no cooldown! thats 16+dps! to all nearby. i dont think u can get the resipt anymore but a old alcymist like me that has been playing for a year can make em.
no i wont tell u who i am ingame + my acc got banned a whiel ago.

god i love it. the only thing that has never been nerfed by blizz
