Script macro to rearrange buff frames to left-to-right

Basically I'm trying to rearrange my buffs so they're directionally sorted left-to-right instead of the default right-to-left, but I'm stuck and can't find any /commands on this.

So: Buffs>>1>>2>>3>>4 instead of 4<<3<<2<<1<<Buffs

Macro used to move frames to where they are now, if that helps:

/run BuffFrame:ClearAllPoints()
/run BuffFrame:SetScale(0.95)
/run BuffFrame:SetPoint("BOTTOMLEFT",PlayerFrame,"BOTTOMLEFT",117,-28)
/run BuffFrame.SetPoint = function() end
