I know you can set the trade amount with this:
/script SetTradeMoney(amount);
it's in copper so 1 is 1c, 100 is 1s, 10000 is 1g
as for the items, I don't know if you could interface with the item directly, but you can get the item information by index:
/script GetTradeTargetItemInfo(index)
where index is a number betwen 1 and the max slots, I think is 5 or 6... forget, haven't traded much in-game to remember off the top of my head.
/script ClickTargetTradeButton(index);
will interact with the item slot in the same fashion.
