    Cut a spell on percentage or specific time [CUESTION]

    Hello people, English is not my best language, sorry for this.
    I've been looking on how to create a macro to cut casting in a specific percentage or time , not to attract attention . By this I mean : Is it possible to create a macro lua for cutting cast on a percentage or specific time?
    We all know that cutting macro spell does in 0.1 or similar , I wonder if this would be possible...
