Request: Macro with timed sequence? Is it possible?

Hello, I was just wondering if it was possible to create a macro in which you could create a sequence with breaks or timers between each action? I have searched through several threads and came across this, but sadly it does not work.

"/cast Prospecting
/use [Insert stuff]
/in 3 /run RunMacro(1)"

My primary use for this would be to use a battle/guardian elixer which share the same CD and cannot be used at the same time.
for Example:

/use Mantid Elixir
(3 sec pause)
/use Monk's Elixir


Would this be possible? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated =D

I dont think this can be done in WoW's Macro function. Since blizzard wants you to spam your rotation urself, for your flask you can mage /castsequence Mantid Elixir,Monk's Elixir and press the macro twice to use em both.

Thanks for the reply. I wasnt sure to be honest if this was possible or not, But I figured it was worth asking just in case. I guess I'll have to do just that and resort to my old castsequence reset macro...lol Thanks again though, I appreciate it.

One more Quick question for anybody who may be able to Help. Rather than a timer, would it be possible to set a conditional for a castsequence so that I do not accidentally re-use a potion?
such as :
/castsequence reset=10 Monk's Elixir(if not active), Mantid Elixir(if Not active)
