[Macro] Get Held Item name

I use an addon called Magnet which can automatically loot items and then get also select to have some items auto detroyed, but in order to have it auto destroy i have to manually type /magnet repel [Item] each item. So I wanted to find a macro that could help with this. Here is the concept of.

1. I push macro key
2. If item held in cursor is an item append its name to the mmessage "/magnet repel"
3. send the message to the chat to be added to list.

I have tried with this but my macro/api skills are not the greatest.
Any suggestions?
