basically im looking for an addon that can marry with auctioneer, and when someone posts an item for an absurd low price in trade it either auto PM's I'll take it or alerts me...

i know the /2 monitoring is possible, but I'd like something to catch it with auctioneer's values of the items b/c trade channel is a great way to make gold

actually you cannot even create an addon like this the things you may create are limited with the rights blizz created. pm when someone makes an auction? that would only be doable with hacking the servers

An addon like this would be near impossible. When you parse the Trade channel chat, your looking for either specific strings or text. "WTS {ITEM} 20g PST" would be easy to parse IF everyone used the same format. Since people do not use this format, the closest you can get is to have it scan for specific items and just relay to you the entire message.

Auctioneer has an addon called Bottom Scanner i believe, it scans the AH for good deals that can either vendor for more gold, be resold for more gold, disenchanted, crafted, etc....... It's quite fun but set the conditionals very strictly. Otherwise you're gonna end up with a bunch of cheap stuff for a reason, cheap because it doesn't sell.
