[Macro] AH Mass BuyOut/Cancel

Well, its my first contribution, so hope its useful to someone
Basically, i got sick of canceling infinite dust (300+ some times) because someone under cut for 1c for 2 pages.

The macro selects the first 3 visible auctions and cancels all 3 of them
CAUTION: YOU WILL NOT GET A "cancel this?" MESSAGE. IT IS FINAL.

after a while I also go annoyed when I was attempting to buy out my compition, or buy the raw materials I need to make my dust. So along the same lines i wrote this macro.

The macro selects the first 3 visible auctions and buys them.

Since the AH dose not refresh instantly, if you spam either of these it will give you "auction not found" errors, give it 1/2 a second then hit the button again.
