Bought account now they want ID what do i do?

So i bought an account 3 years ago and there's been no problems with it, tho now my phone that i had the authenticator on broke and they want "my" ID, i did get an ID and CD-key when i bought the account but i formatted my computer several times since that and it just got lost.. and the guy i've bought it from hasn't been on skype for 2yearish

So is there anything i can do?

(i got all info expect CD-key and ID)

Not sure if this was the right place to post this but couldn't find anywhere else to do so ;P

Every time I've had to remove the authenticator on my account (wrong name and I don't have ID or CD-key) I've done it through chat assistance from the battle.net website.

I wrote a ticket saying I lost my phone and my authenticator was on it and now I need the authenticator removed. The only thing they asked for was my secret question, which I have the answer to.

If you call them, it might be different, I don't know. But the 3 times I've had to remove the authenticator, I've done a request through battle.net chat and there was no problem.
