Account buying at ebay? Safe?

Hello, I want to buy a account at ebay , but I dont know if its safe.

When I buy the account ill get the name, password, secret answer and all three CD keys.

If the owner recovers the account, is there anything I can do against that?

No if the real owner recovers his account, there is nothing you can do because he has all the proofs that it is his.

Also, ebay delets most of the accounts posted and give the seller a warning
