SQA and Transferring

I tried searching for a topic like this before posting so if this topic is somewhere else I am very sorry.

OK. I am buying an account and the owner only has the Secret Question and Answer from when they created the battle.net account and not the original accounts SQ&A.

Once I buy the account i plan on transferring it over to a different new battle.net account; so here's my question..

Which SQ&A is needed when transferring; the battle.net one or the old individual accounts?
