Will i be banned?

So, yesterday i did the scam with free gametime by scamming the renters..
But this morning i got an email from blizz thinking that my account was compromised and the gametime got moven away, and my password were resetted.
Then i log onto msn, and this chinese guy tells me that i'll be banned within 3 days?
Do you think i'll be banned, or do you think he's just trying to freak me out?

Naah, he can't ban u, don't worry, blizzard isthe only onethat can ban u, and try won't tell u over msn, they will just do it and u will get a email. As long as u have control of ur account, u are fine.
