[Request] TCG - Program + Tiger Pic w/ paper... lost thread.

Hey MMO. I recently reformatted my computer without saving my precious scamming tools, sadly. So, what I'm making this thread for is help directing me in the way of two things:

1. The TCG Spectral Tiger Picture with the piece of paper beside it.

2. The program that someone made a thread(with both of my requested items in it) that you can edit pictures with blurs and stuff. It was where you uploaded the pic in my 1. request, then -- changed the blur to 2 or something, added 2 things, the person's name and the date on the paper... changed the blur again and it looked 100% legit.


Thanks to anyone as I'm dying without these! Oh, I thought this met being a WoW Scam and am requesting Help, if it's wrong, please do move it to the correct forum.

Thanks for the pic, however it's not the one I'm looking for. The one I'm interested in, has the card/paper closer then that. But thanks again. +Rep for actually trying to help out.

The program was Paint.net but I use photoshop. Same deal really, just blurs it slightly to make it look legit

uhh..tinny, u probably need to just use PS...i dont believe that there is a program that can beat it in that department.

Paint.net is fine for this sort of thing.
Use 36pt font for that picture btw.
