Need help closing this account

This is my 2nd attempt to close a scammed account, 1st time it failed cause the SQA was his fathers middle name, this one is his first pets name, i know his acc name, original email, which the idiot feel for when i said i cant change the email unless i have the original email, so i got that and i used his OE, to check facebook and found his last name out, so how can i get his SQA, which is his pets 1st name

i tried, messaging him on facebook saying im talking to random ppl doing a survey on what was there first pets name, whats yours?.35 percent of ppls 1st pets name was rocky


so anyone have any other ideas on how i can get this guy to tell him his pets first name

Impersonate one of his friends on facebook, start a casual talk and ask how it is going with *insert random name for puppy* , then he surely says something like "??? Who is that?" , and you say "that is your dog name right? Or what was it again lol" and then he says "It is Chemical X LULZ"

ill make a new facebook, use my sis pic, so he thinks he talking to a girl, 16 tr old kid wont suspect it as much
