    How to win a PayPal dispute with buyer (chinese scammer)

    So apparently i scam this chinese scammer. But now he has open a dispute against me. Anyone can advice whats the best way to win the dispute? I am a verified paypaler.

    Depends on how much he paid if its over $350 your ****ed. if its under $350 u can send a letter via certified mail and give paypal the tracking number.

    If its over 9000 your screwed. Or really any number. PayPal is buyer favorable, so they always win.

    It's amazing to see how many /b/tards are here...

    If they dispute, you are screwed. Just leave the money and scam someone else.

    Wait. What if you open up another account that you scam with, and you manage to keep the money in there long enough for him to see it, and you can say you paid him back? Would he be able to dispute again?

    Umm yea sorry you lose, the only recourse you could have done was say it was for "not as described dispute" They will make you return the merchandise to the seller at your expense or pay.
