There is no simple way to Perm-ban an account in ONE shot!
It takes two shots, at least!

Transfer the character off, have a friend use a program such as cheatengine or WoWInfinity to get the char 3 day banned, and then permabanned. Chances are, if you get the acct 3 day banned, it has a good chance of being locked for an ownership dispute.

If the account has previous offenses (there's no way to know if it's had previous offenses if it's a scammed account, though), there's a chance of getting it perma banned in one shot, but if the record is clean or fairly clean, then it'll be a 72 hour suspension, no matter what you do. Botting is the only exception, but it could take many days or even weeks for you to get caught for it.

The best way is get it a 3 day suspension, wait the 3 days, then do something else. You can recall accounts that are suspended/banned, so if it's recalled in that time period, just recall it back before the suspension ends. This could result in a lock, and may cause other problems, but it's the only thing you can do.
