I've been doing this for about a month now, and I have collected about 2,000g spread out accross several servers. Here's how I do what I do:
First off, you will need the following things:
Prepaid Visa Gift Card (The more $$$ on it, the better, for this is your front money)
Paypal Account (In case things get sour with our Chinese friends, you can get your money back by force)
A few seperate email accounts (hotmail, yahoo, gmail, anything really that you can use a fake name on) so they don't get suspicious if you come back many times.
Step 1, setting up:
Buy your Prepaid gift card, and register it on the site (www.gift2go.net)
Create a Paypal account for quicker delivery and processing times.
Find your target gold selling company.
Set up your email account(s).
Step 2, Order:
Fill out the order form, select the amount of gold you wish to receive and continue to purchase the gold. (Don't worry about the cash, you will get it back)
Step 3, Wait:
WAIT until you receive your gold. This is crucial, because you want to keep your visits to live chat down to a bare minimum.
Step 4, SCAM:
Now the juicey part! Once you have received your gold in the mail, wait about another 30min-1hour and go to their live chat. Tell them that you checked the status of your order (if they have the option of order tracking) and it says it was delivered, but you have not received your gold. They will ask you for an order number, so give it to them. Next they will tell you something about RMT activity screening from Blizzard (lol) and make you fill out another order, but not to pay it. Do so.
Step 5 Wait, again:
WAIT until you receive your second shipment of gold.
Step 6, Back to Scamming:
Go back to live chat, and do the same thing that you did in step 4. They will now either tell you to do the same thing, or they will refund your money because they are sick of sending you gold! (If they do the first one, just keep coming back until they do)
Step7, IF THINGS GO SOUR:
If they accuse YOU of scamming THEM, (lol) just go to Paypal and put in an item dispute. They have NO way of proving they delivered, and you WILL get your money back.

Now all I need is money and bit more intelligence.
most companies tell you that they sent it and wont send you a second one. And if you dispute to much on paypal they will shut your account down while they investigate. So , if you fail once or twice, i wouldnt suggest a 3rd.

When it's about virtual items, paypal automatically sides with seller.

We have checked and doubled checked our system log and records. Gold has indeed left our character and was never returned. We have reason to believe that the non-receipt issue has something to do with Game Master(GM) misconduct, which might sound a wild speculation to some, but according to our holistic investigation of our non-receipt complaints, we have detected correlation between the non-receipt time and the work shift of GM in certain realm. On the other hand, we don't rule out the other more widely accepted speculation within the RMT field: random screening. It is known that Blizzard claimed to possess all resources in the game, even your account and character! They prohibit in-game gold trading for real money by fair means or foul. Recently, they've started to randomly ban accounts or taking away gold from individuals in an effort to homogenize their real RMT detection logics, which veteran RMT handlers, such as us, have no problem in dodging gracefully.
A DIFFERENT ingame character name is required to create an unpaid order, preferabely on a different game account*, and preferably on a different game account*. Send the Non-Receipt Order ID and the unpaid Order ID (that you created moment ago) to us. Here are a suggested email format:
Subject: Non-Receipt Order ID:[the Non-Receipt Order ID]
I have just made this Unpaid Order ID: [Unpaid Order ID]
We will release the non-receipt portion of the unpaid order upon receiving your email and we will deliver the gold once we have stock available.
What do I mean by creating an Unpaid Order?
Go to our Order Form Page. Pretend to place a new order by filling in all the information. Press"CLICK HERE TO PROCEED" to continue to the next page. At that moment, an Unpaid Order is created. The Order ID in blue is displayed on the order info confirmation page.
* Blizzard may occasionally monitor repeated RMT patterns in individual characters or game account. Therefore, it is highly advised to use a different character name, and preferably on a different game account to place the unpaid order.

Didn't work for me. All they offered was to send a screenshot of them sending the gold to me to my email. I guess I can try an Item dispute on paypal, but as someone else stated they usually side with the seller when it comes to "online" items.
