Well, first create an alt with with a good name, not asdfasdf, something like Artás.

Then go in a main city an spam in the trade-channel: Artás' birthday is tomorrow! I want to make him a funny present.
Please send him some crap you found, grey items etc.

sometimes it doesn't work, but if you are on a server with many idiots like me ppl will send you some grey shit,
one time a player send me a good green lvl 40 plate armor which i sold in ah for 8g

But don't do this too often or the ppl will see that you "scam" them^^

I guess the emphasis is on the Server full of idiots, but otherwise I guess its an O.K way to make some money as a low level for say a level 40 mount but pretty useless after a certain point. If your lucky though you Might be able to get The Stoppable Force which is not only hilarious but sells for a 1 gold and some silver.

lol that's actually funny, and i think it would work. the servers i play on are full of very friendly people, and my characters are also well know. i could probably get some use out of this.
