Getting money back via paypal dispute

I ordered a PLing service and the company basically made a runner, bullshitting their way out of everything.

Now Ive decided to open a dispute, but knowing I purchased a virtual item, listing it as a virtual item will probably = fail..

So Im either going to claim an unauthorised transaction, or list it as another item (e.g software or something)

Which do you reckon would be the better choice? Im not letting this stupid company make a runner with my money having levelled my character from 1-5 rather than 1-60 and getting my account suspended.

Thanks, are there any reasons for this though?

Because Paypal might ask for a statement showing that the transaction was unauthorised (e.g. from bank) in which case theres no chance.

God I wish this bloody company would just refund me, I offered them the chance to give me a partial refund but theyr just screwing about.
