Well OFC I sent him this:
<<<COPYWRITE>>>
Code:
Greetings *****,
Account Name: *****
Realm: *******
Character Name: *******
Account Action: Account Closure
Offense: Arena Exploitation - Win Trading
Details: Player was verified to have been participating in the trade of
Arena Team wins to artificially inflate their or another team’s
Personal and Team Ratings.
A user of the above account has recently been involved in actions
deemed inappropriate for the World of Warcraft by the In-Game Support staff
of Blizzard Entertainment. This decision was made after a thorough
investigation of the situation as a whole. During the course of our
investigation, we discovered that one of your characters had received Arena
Points and Arena Season gear through means of exploitation of our Arena
System.
Due to the severity of the situation, we have deemed it necessary to
remove any and all items purchased with arena points since the start of
Season 3. Unfortunately, any item alterations will not be reimbursed,
including but not limited to enchantments and socketed gems.
Do not attempt to redeem the account, it is permanently closed.
Any further attemps in redeeming the account will end up in an automated IP(s) address ban.
Please review the World of Warcraft Terms of Use at
http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/legal/termsofuse.html, which you
accepted when you installed World of Warcraft and established the account(s).
Section 5, Paragraph C details the rules related to game play and what
is considered "fair" and what is considered a serious violation of
these Terms of Use.
Furthermore, any activities not intended by game design which affect
the economy, the client, player characters or the world itself have a
tremendous negative impact on the potential enjoyment for all players. The
effects of these activities take many forms including a bloated game
economy, server instability, and allowing unauthorized access to
accounts, computers, and player data. Please review
(http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=20224) for
additional details.
Thank you for your understanding in this matter and respecting our
position and all statutes within the World of Warcraft Terms of Use.

Wenchyst
