BE CAREFUL WITH THIS (IF IT WORKS)
Hey guys I searched to see if there was any post like this...didn't find one.
So this it how it goes:
1. Find your victims email/pay pal login name.
2. Go to m3thART - Anonymous E-mail
3. Send an email saying something like this (now my English wont be good in this template so don't use it ):
Greetings (pay pal name)
It has come to our attention that you account is being used frequently,
We recommend that you change your password to the follow we have generated for you. 8f8tr5g6e8. For your security change your password in the next 24 hours and do not change it back for 48 hours or until our investigation has finished. If this security change is not completed, there is a risk for someone to use your credit card for only purposes.blah blah blah add some fancy stuff...but you get the idea.

4. Now wait a little...then time to check the account to see if they changed it.
