Looking for REAL FACTS about Cloak Quest is 6.0.2

There are a lot of rumors flying around about the drop rate since the patch, here is a few rumors i would like Confirmed or Dispelled


SINCE 6.0.2, can you keep killing bosses for a chance at them, after you've already looted them once?
Example, Did the first wing of LFR, can i go back again for more chances?

Also can you do them on other difficulties to get more chances at a drop?

PSA: You can kill bosses multiple times for a chance of Secrets of the empire : wow
This reddit post seems to say you can, but I wanted a more clear answer before i run my self bored doing LFRs over and over again.

if you killed a full wing and got the rewards for them you cannot go back and do it again. and i am not sure if the harder it is the higher chance i am almost certain its around the same drop chance for all difficulty's BUT as of 6.0.2 it seems to be the same still.

So what you are telling me is I can kill that boss over and over until he drops the runestone. But once he's drops it, he won't drop the runestone again that week.
