Lightning Steel Ingots

Just a heads up that realms should be on stage 4 and that Blacksmiths can now learn the Lightning Steel Ingot plans.

You'll need to complete the new solo instance. After that, run to where the Lightning Forges are on the map. There's a bad chap in a bubble called Itoka who will drop a quest item that you need collect. Accept the quest, take it inside the forge and you'll be rewarded with a Lightning Steel Ingot plus the plans to learn it along with the new weapons that use the bars once you hand the quest in.

Doesn't take long to do, 5 mins or so, it's really easy but it's good to get a start on these things asap.
