Oh.. Its simple. First you get Blacksmithing, Tailoring, Leatherworking or Alchemy. Talk with the trainer and then gather the mats (Light leather, Copper bars, bolts of linen or Herbs). Open up your spellbook by pressing "P" (I think). Then find either Blacksmithing, Tailoring, Leatherworking or Alchemy.

Find the item in the screen you have the materials for hit create. Its important you wait 6 seconds as if you dont you will not create the item and have to start all over.

One the item is done. Congratulations! You've created an item!
