Hey everyone! TeamSASA has created another workout you can do while playing WoW. This is beginner to intermediate level designed for PvE. More are on their way so leave any feedback you may have to help us make them better. Every routine is created in an effort to help those who they may benefit the most. During Queue - Optional - Jumping jack or run in place
After Dungeons - Alternate Between - Push-ups(you can vary it up), Leg Raises(add weight), Pull-ups(change angles)
After Raids - Push-ups, Leg Raises and Pull-ups.
Pull Countdown - Sit up into a squat
Strategizing - Hold lowest squat
Boss Death - Jumping burpee(clear space)
Death - Run to the other side of the room and back(clear space)
Waiting to Release Spirit - Hold legs out and tense core
Get Loot - Stand up into a calf raise
