Adrenaline Rush: On all the time how did i do it?? menu

    Adrenaline Rush: On all the time how did i do it??

    Well last night i was playing tbc and i was fighting some mob then a nexts mob come as i was fighting the other one so i had to use Adrenaline Rush when but it was all over i could see that i still had it on i was on for a good 6hr's playing with Adrenaline Rush on non stop and i died lots of times....



    anyone know how i did this.....
