permanant adrenaline rush

i was farming in tyr's hand when i attacked a mob of 2, and was about to die.. without thinking.. i used adrenaline rush and hit vanish, but still died, when i ressed, every time my energy ticked i regained 40 energy.

wonder if anyone had such a thing happen.. didnt seem like lag to me... i had the usual 500ms. also i have videos to prove them, just need to upload them to youtube or something first.. will post it when i get the chance

EDIT: forgot to mention that just to test if it wasnt just a ui thing or lag, i let myself die and when i ressed, i still had the effect on me.. so it really was permanent and let me farm 200+ runecloth in an hour on 55 elites

this can happend with all ability's ^^ like cold blood and PoM, very rare, but happends dissapeer when you zone

Maybe... someone can try to write macro to reproduce this... first cast Adrenaline Rush, then Vanish and then use the thingie that drains 2000 life for 1000 mana or something like this...don't remember the name... and if you're low on health and have luck.. MAYBE this can happen again if someone has free time to try this it would be great =)
