How is it being handled, is it the TCG redemption code or the actual in-game mount item the seller will provide you with?

Either way, if you use paypal, just have some form of written proof and dispute if needed although I'm sure it'll be fine.

It is just as likely that you are asking so that you can scam the seller after he delivers ;-)

I'm not accusing or judging - just being cautious

Either way - in my experience PayPal refund if there is no tracking information, if you pay "friends and family" then you aren't getting anything back. It can still be disputed in the Seller's favour without tracking information but it is a lot of work for the Seller to argue.

    What TCG is it?

He has the actual item ingame, and its a blue spectral tiger.
He wants 100 P for it, but it seems too good to be true, but maybe im just lucky. i have screenshot of our skype convo so far where we find the price etc.

Well it's pretty simple... send him the money as G&S, not F&F.
If you send it G&S, just calculate the extra that you'd have to add so that he will see the full amount on his end (there are several online calculators that perfectly calculate PP fees).
That way, when he scams you there's at least some level of protection.
If you pay via F&F, they don't care what happens or what you have evidence of, you're SOL.
If it's too good to be true, it's too good to be true.
    There simply are no exceptions...

Depending on your budget (and if you are EU or US) - I'd definitely recommend 280 mounts pack, including all TCG & Big Blizzard Bear. (280 mounts pack, including all TCG & Big Blizzard Bear.) - not only is it legit and works, you also get a ridiculous amount of expensive or rare mounts for less than half the price of buying them individually.

yeah, it's a little dodgy on what is required to do it but if all succeeds, it's risk vs reward is night and day
