I recently sold an account through paypal. I provided the buyer with all the correct information. However, after 3 weeks thev've now opened a dispute with paypal claiming that the item is "significantly not as described" and that they want a refund. The buyer believes that I changed the password back.
Having already spent all their money I don't particularly want to issue a refund. What is the best course of action in this situation? Should I mention that I sent them all the info in the paypal dispute console and also that the item is intangible?
