got banned, any way to get unban?

hello, i got banned for using bots, is there a way to get my account unbanned?
like someone hacked into my account? i used bots with different ip so...

the thing is, the bot i used, im using on other account for like 3 months and never got a warning
but today i made a gold trading of 100k, could gold trading be the reason?

Possibly just say your account was hacked you never know what they do but since it was botting they probably won't unban it sadly

remember that you have only 1 chance to resolve it via ticket. they do not read second or other tickets about unban your acc.

i wanted to resolve it in a live chat if possible
and the reason was not about using a bot
they stated on email: abusing game economy
i'm sure they are referring to my gold trading and not the use of bot

My friend got permabanned cz of "selling a gold", but he just transfered gold between his own accounts but with a little different names(through the guild) and he asked for check out his tranfers, after 2-3 requests he was unbanned. I've never seen anything similar since 2004 US

they never do =\ But oneday, once since 12+ years i saw ho blizz unbanned "goldtrader" in a week, cz this girl just spend gold from her guildbank to another account, and bliz unbanned her =)
