How to find out what item is the most valuable that you can vendor? (in vanilla)

I can surely look up each item individually and see what a rare or epic item vendors for, but what if there's an item that is grey or white, obtainable through a quest (etc) that I cant find with this method? Speaking purely of 1.12.1 vanilla Elysium server. How would I find out what is the most valuable item to vendor?

Their database is available publicly, so all you have to do is go to `item_template` and sort by `SellPrice`.

These are the most valuable items in the game.


And here are the most valuable greys and whites.
