Instant kill player - Fire mage - Ignite/Cyclone - Arena

NA Spring Finals #1 with Healingstat, Supatease and Zunniyaki!

GCDTV WoW tournament a bug happend that killed the druid instantly. I don't know how this bug works but from watching the clip if the enemy target get ignited right before cyclone is cast. And then when the cyclone ends the enemy target gets re-ignited and at the same time re-cycloned. The dmg the dot is supposed to do during the time in cyclone get added up. And re-igniting him doesn't reset this add up. From the clip the druid got doted for 500k every thick of the ignite dot. Which made him lose 100% hp in 3 seconds.

How this bug works I don't know. If this recreatable, then this would be an epic exploit.

My thoughts exactly.

This is difficult to recreate because you need multiple players to stand around for hours while you try stuff.

Because it doesn't occur commonly during play it is likely caused by some complex series of events where spells get cast within micro-intervals.
Even when you know how that sort of thing works it is very tough to reproduce because the timing involved goes beyond human judgement.

Happened to Bajheera with combat log shown to prove it's ignite doing the lethal damage. I think it kinda falls under the same principles as when rend was hitting for insane amounts of damage back in Pre-Wrath patch in BC. Under some crazy condition you would double, triple, quadruple dip the dot.
