Disqualification Account-Wide or on one Char?

Hey,

I bought an achievement on a boost-site cuz I was too lazy to do it by myself and I also got rating on this char to 1850. If I get disqualified then only this char will be dq'd or my whole account cuz I play on my sham self played 2400+ and I don't want to lose my title there...
