Level 89 player, wearing 101 epics?

It is confirmed that the all world BoE items are scaling, just hit a level 89 go to popular farming spot that is crowded with 110s and tag the mobs they are killing, it might take hours to get a single item but seems like it pays off stats are just too op for twinking.

a 89 cannot get the tag, if killed by 110, since it would be out of its +/-10 levels,
Thats the reason why people farm with 99 lvl DKs instead

looks like they nerfed the items, all of them are 450 ilvl now. that sucks really bad for the people who put all those hours into farming lol
