Swd script problem

Hello, I recently purchased a SWD script and for some reason it will only work if i use blizzards standard Action Bars. I used ELVUI Action bars and switched to Bartender 4 to see if it would change anything but whenever i enable PQR theres a noise ingame as if you were to repeatedly open and close an interface(Which ive figured out it is trying to cast Inner fire) When i cast innerfire the noise goes away but SWD it self will not work like it does on Blizzards Standard bars.
Any suggestions?
