How do account name change services work? Is it a scam?

A guy is claiming he can change first/last name and country on my Bnet account.

I know Blizzard only changes account info if you got married and changed name or if you legally changed your name.

Is this guy full of shit with his service? I can't imagine how he can actually make it work. And sure as hell don't want to risk the account.

I believe these services involve fake documents, not necessarily a scam but not something I would recommend to get involved in.

You can change it easy, with some documents, cuz i ask Blizzard support and they say " you can change from your Father or Mother to kids"

Yes it Can be changed, The service is NOT allowed to be Advertised On ownedcore or other Big forum, so thats Why you dont see advertisements for it
