Possible to hack into blizz and unban accounts?

I recently came in contact with a hacker that is in ties with a hacking group and I asked him if it was possible for him to hack into blizzard and unban my wow account that was perma banned for fly hacking and such, I just wanted to know if he is just messing with me or is this possible to even do?
Edit: ok so I should just just buy those unbanning services that make letters for you? I was thinking that but I already tried to appea twice about I was hacked and they said no both times, I feel like buying the service would just be as much of them taking my money after they fail to unban my account after like 20 letters

This is more of a scam then those youtube videos people selling gold dupe for $50 that people fall for.

I guess it could be possible but it would be incredibly hard and dangerous and I highly doubt anyone would do it for you. In short nobody is gonna do this for you and anyone who says otherwise is trolling you. you under no circumstances give people who claim to be able to hack blizzard any money.

Not even blizzard in able to unban accounts. When an account is banned it is banned until that key is deactivated. When they have to remove a ban they simply copy the old account's details, delete the old account, create it again then paste the details. You can "unban" your cd key by asking an employee to delete it from your account. You can reuse that key but all your data will be lost forever.
The last time blizzard was down their ISP was attacked, that says a lot about their security. So if I were you I wouldn't believe that hacker.

Taking someone "off the net" temporarily and hacking through encrypted files and such are completely different things. You can't DDOS through encryption.

I've actually got to disagree with you here. Can someone hack into Blizzard? Almost certainly yes. If someone is willing to sell that service, and are in contact with someone who may or may not be familiar with terms used in the field, they might aswell say "hack" as a general word to summarize their offer.

That being said, would I trust this? Absolutely not. Do I think you should? Again, please don't.

This so wrong it is not even funny, all it takes is them to click about 3 buttons and make a note as to why an account status is being changed from Closed to Open.

DDOS is more like the unintelligent tough kid at the playground. Sure he can push over the other kids (Blizzard) but in every other aspect he is entirely useless.
