    Unbanning merged acc?

    So I bought this nice unmerged acc, I got it as an unmerged acc and I merged with an bnet account I have with 1 other acc linked to it... but ok.
    1 day later, blizz had banned it, and I really really want it back.

    Is there any way to get it unbanned?
