Translating WoW texts

Greetings, this is my first post on MMOwned.

I'm looking for a way to translate the text (quest, weapons, NPCnames and so on) to another language than the supported ones. I've only found one way to translate quests to italian, with an addon. But i want to do so much more.

Why? Well, because i would like to see the humour in having it translated into my own language (swedish). If i can get some help with finding how to do it or if there are already a post about this, please do help me.
