Dual Boxing, One Machine (?)

I've been looking around for awhile trying to find a way to dual box off of one machine without alt-tabbing between my characters. Blizzard's API more or less inhibits any remote commands via the WoW interface, so I basically need a program that will take any inputs from my front window and send the same keys over to the minimized 2nd instance of wow. Ideally, I just want to press "1" on my keyboard and have both of my characters start casting simultaneously. Anyone know of any macro apps that would allow the sending of key commands to minimized apps without bringing them to the front or know of some way of acomplishing this off of one machine?
