Help: How the **** do you play a Warrior =P?

Honestly, I've always been good with every single WoW character I've had (and I've had ALL high level 70's except for a hunter), now I've got my 60 Warrior, with some greens that I bought out from the AH to start outlands, and I can't kill shit..

Any suggestions, set ups, combos I should use? When should I switch stances, what stances will benefit me in certain situations.

31/30/0 Mortal Strike/Flurry

Variations on 31/30/0 are the second most popular builds for level 70 warriors. While the most popular, the 8/5/48 focused heavily on PvE, this build focus on PvP, creating high burst damage and destroying your opponent quickly.

• Improved Overpower
• Deep Wounds
• Impale
• Two-Handed Specialization
• Sweeping Strikes
• Weapon Mastery
• Mortal Strike
• Cruelty
• Unbridled Wrath
• Commanding Presence
• Enrage
• Death Wish
• Flurry

The last points are usually used in Improved Execute, Improved Intercept, and/or Piercing Howl.
17/44/0 Fury DPS

This is the most popular Fury DPS build. Perhaps the highest DPS dual wielding build there is, this is more configured for PvE; but with a few changes to the arms tree can be very PvP friendly.

• Improved Heroic Strike - Rage dump, if your rage bar starts filling up too fast make sure you heroic stike on every hit
• Deflection - Nice for off tanking
• Improved Thunder Clap - Nice off tanking
• Anger Management - The more rage, the better
• Deep Wounds - Not as potent with fury, but it leads to Impale
• Impale - 20% more damage on skill criticals
• Cruelty - The first 5 points of any build, 5% more damage
• Unbridled Wrath - More rage never hurts
• Commanding Presence - Increases all damage done
• Dual Wielding Specialization - Increases offhand DPS
• Improved Execute - Arguably the highest DPS talent you can put 2 points into, execute spam when bosses are below 20%
• Enrage - Fun in PvP and leads to flurry
• Death Wish - 20% more damage every 3 minutes
• Flurry - A fury warriors best friend, with ~25% crit flurry will almost always be up
• Precision - 3% hit is 3% more damage on white attacks
• Bloodthirst - Fury warriors bread and butter, always have this baby on CD
• Improved Berserker Stance - Massive increase in damage done through white attacks and Bloodthirst
• Rampage - Always have rampage up on boss fights

The last point can be used in Improved Whirlwind which arguably is the second most used skill as a fury warrior, as some alternate between Bloodthirst and Whirlwind; many PvP'ers chose Piercing Howl, however, for the AoE snare effect it provides.
Some choose Improved Berserker Rage instead of Improved Execute for a little extra rage. Another variation is trading points in Iron Will for Improved Overpower.

This includes the new skills that TBC has brought to the Arms Talent. Note that Booming Voice was replaced for Improved Intimidating Shout (underrated skill in my humble opinion). This is a nice PvP build that allows a very nice DPS output in PvE too.
Remember to put the 5 points of the weapon specialization in the type of weapon you currently use (I use a nice polearm. That's the reason of the 5 points in the Poleaxe Specialization :P)

Those are the most common dps builds. For more information go to Main Page - WoWWiki, the Warcraft wiki and search for Warrior. All I can do to help you I'm afraid. Warriors are very gear dependant. You'll have to wait till 70 to see large DPS.

LOL?!?! whirlwind with 2hander...i still dont see why you wouldnt use whirlwind more then heroic strike even if you were fury dual weild, you would use heroic strike more if you were MS 2H, THINK!!!

Whirlwind - Instant attack

Basicly what you do when you're Fury, Charge - Hamstring up at all times - BloodThirst, and Heroic strike,,,, MS specc - Charge - Hamstring up at all times - Bloodrage - MS then do an Heroic strike right after, if you got rage throw in a whirlwind, Seeing as it is an "Extra attack" you hit with Heroic strike after if you have enough rage, It's just a basic explination of it, Played and playing a lvl 70 warrior, Played since WoW Beta.

31/30 specc is a joke btw, MS = Arena specc with MS and Deathwish, Fury specc, Specc too Impale and Bloodthirst, Easy as that.

I'm using 31/30 for leveling in Outland (once I discovered my "Prot. spec Revenge the **** out of them" strategy wasn't going to work) and I've just been sitting in Battle Stance and spamming MS and using HS when I have a ton of rage between MS cooldowns for soloing. It's been working so far (60-65).

Yeah, specc mace if you got either like, Deep Stunner or Stunherald.
