    possible farming spot?

    I was farming Howlingwind Cavern for motes of harmony with great success. around 30-40 minutes of non stop AOE with fast respawns which all of the sudden they stopped. Either the place was hotfixed or you need someone in the area with this Instant Courage - Quest - World of Warcraft quest. I noticed that as long as these npcs are on the spot the respawns are instant. Can anyone confirm/deny the npc + instant respawn relevance as I have completed the quest.
